Return & Refund Policy (EcoPaws & Clean)

1.  We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

2.  Return shipping:

• • Delivery shipping is free.
  • If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.  
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, EcoPaws & Clean will cover return shipping and send a replacement.

3. Eligibility conditions:

    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with all parts/accessories
  • Returned in the original packaging when possible

4.  How to start a return:

Email us at ecopawsnclean@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

5.  Store credit: 

Store credit may be offered for eligible returns when applicable.
